Lutz Reinstrom lived with his wife and children in a townhouse in suburban Hamburg. What neither his family nor their neighbours knew, was that Reinstrom had converted the basement into a bunker where he kept, tortured and killed his victims before disposing of their bodies in acid-filled barrels. This seemingly wholesome family man became better known by his nickname: The Acid Killer.
