A 23-year-old novice nun died after a botched exorcism ritual performed at the Tanacu monastery, in the isolated mountains of northeast Romania. She was tied to a crucifix and left with no food or water for three days. She died in the ambulance on her way to hospital and her cause of death has not been clarified.
