60. Russia – The Doll Maker

Anatoly Moskvin exhumed bodies from local cemeteries and then mummified them himself. He dressed them up and painted their faces, put them on display in his home, which he shared with his parents. For years everyone thought he had made the ‘dolls’ himself and even though it was a bit of an odd hobby, it was not out of place for the eccentric historian.
