12. Bulgaria - The Disappearance of Lars Mittank

After vacationing with friends in the beach resort of Varna in Bulgaria, Lars Mittank arrived at the airport, ready to return home to Germany. CCTV cameras show that Lars walked around the check-in area aimlessly. He seemed calm and relaxed, just like any other traveller, waiting to board his flight. Hours later, Lars was seen running out of the airport, like the devil was chasing him. He left all his things: his phone, his bags, his ID… Witnesses saw him climbing over an 8ft fence and run into a sunflower field. After that, he vanished into thin air and has not been seen since. What happened to Lars?
