In 2005, Mexico City police were dealing with a series of unsolved murders. In each case, the victims were elderly women who lived alone. Police released information on the possible suspect: it was a tall male between 40 and 50 years of age who did not have a permanent job and relied on public transportation. Possibly a transgender person. When someone was arrested running away from a murder scene, the whole investigation was turned on its head. The prime suspect of the serial murders turned out to be a woman. 48-year-old retired Lucha Libre wrestler, Juana Barraza.
