The citizens of the Western Australian City of Perth were living in fear between 1959 to 1963. A murderer was on the loose. He killed 8 victims and attempted to murder 14 more. His victims had nothing in common and his methods changed for each murder. Only one man was behind all the horrendous crimes - and his name was Eric Edgar Cooke.
